“Absolutely fabulous! I signed up to talk everything about makeup with Chris, and I was not disappointed in the least. He had tips and tools galore! He simply creates beauty magic (and provides a fun, enjoyable time while you are in his chair). He is wonderful with any questions and super patient .... Don't walk to Chris Scott and Makeup Gourmet .... RUN!! Get an appointment .... you're guaranteed to walk away with new knowledge. If you can't make it to see Chris (which would be sad), definitely check out Makeup Gourmet's website. It's filled with how-to steps and best of all, you can order all of his products. I have ordered a few times already from his website, and the shipment comes quickly and in superb packaging. I hope to get into the studio again sometime soon ... but if I don't .... I can guarantee I will be a repeat online customer for a very long time. Thanks Chris!”

“Just attended a Birthday party and it was so personalized and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Couldn’t recommend this anymore. They closed the whole store for us for a few hours. So fun and amazing!”

“A good place to grab a warm drink. The hot chocolate smothered in whipped cream looked great, though I warmed up with a coffee. Has a good view of the bridge. Only a few chairs so you can't relax inside (presumably due to crowds). Plenty of benches outside. Staff were pleasant. ”

“Beautiful vantage point of the bridge and overlooking the biking and hiking trails that weave underneath and over top the bridge. Make sure you bring warmer clothes as the temperatures and weather change drastically from San Francisco proper.”

“As jump houses go, this place is excellent! Have a coffee... let the kids jump.”

“Fort Mason Arts and Cultural Center: Located at 2 Marina Blvd. in San Francisco’s Marina District. This is a Historic location. Best venues in San Francisco are also for rent. Known for the annual “Macy’s Passport fashion show benefiting AIDS which Elizabeth Taylor was directly involved with. You’ll also find “Greens” Restaurant a vegetarian favorite of locals and tourists. Specialty merchants, beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay, especially the Golden Gate Bridge. Also a popular place to view the annual 4th of July fireworks on the Bay. A Partner of the National Parks Service. And so much more.”

“I've been here seemingly millions of times to watch the birds and more. I've photographed Red-Tailed Hawks, Great Egrets, Snowy Egrets (but no Snowy Owls!), even a Black Necked Stilt in recent years! I've even spotted a Long-Billed Curlew in these marshes, but PLEASE: this is a protected wildlife area: NO boats, canoes or the sorts, and no walking through the sandy areas. Stay on established paths and trails!! Also a fabulous place to catch a blazing Golden gate sunset!”

“Take some time to view the informative placards, the display models, and wonderful history of the bridge including design and construction. Very cool exhibits.”

“Dr Chen is legit the real deal. He's the sage on the mountain monastery. My family had been coming to him for 20 years. He doesn't speak much English, but someone is usually on hand to translate. If not, all you need to do is let him take your pulse, look at your tongue, and say yes to whatever treatment he gives you, whatever medicine he gives you. AND he even has certification/degree from UC Berkeley; he could teach that entire program. Don't be off-put by the less than clinical setting. None of that has helped you heal, has is it?”

“Parking was somewhat a hassle because there’s no signs to direct the visitors. The small shops (coffee and gift) right by the bridge close early so we were unable to purchase anything there. Also, you may get a ticket passing through the bridge so just be mindful if you’re driving or on foot. However, it’s a spectacular experience and beautiful view.”

“Awesome customer service and excellent work done. I've had two windows replaced by them (windshield and quarter glass) and both turned out great. The quote was similar to Safelite and way less than the dealership, but quality of work was excellent both times.”
