“I love this YMCA for being a friendly and welcoming enviroment for all people. I have been a member since 2019, and I enjoy many of the classes. The front staff and all teachers are professional, kind, friendly. My favorite classes are less mills core, deep water fitness, TRX, body pump. From the classes I have taken, some of my favorite teachers (or subs) are or have been Terilyn, Susan, MariaElena, and of course Tina! Tina's energy is so contagious and she really encourages you to work hard.”

Good business center for Online work and conferencing. Good place to workout and get fit, eat healthy foods at cafes or restaurant able to do work online in between if needed, and socialize or network with other members you meet. My lifestyle.”
