Whenever I have issues with my Tesla, all I have to do is to drive in and Rob will do his best to accommodate me, even though sometimes I don’t have an appointment. He will give me a time frame of how long it’ll take to fix the issue and will keep me posted every once in a while so to let me know that they’re working on it. He’s your guy!
