I was so far down the black hole of depression, that I could not feel anything. I was suffering in total despair. Nothing had any colors I could see, music had become noise, and I was merely existing dragging myself through every minute. Over many years I had tried just about everything to treat the depression and anxiety that came from past trauma, but nothing had been able to pull me out of the hole. I was barely hanging on when I called PAMB and spoke to Linda who was very kind. She answered all of my questions (I had many) and set up my first appointment. I didn’t know what to expect, but I read that some people reported feeling better after their first appointment, and while I did feel a difference after my first, it was small but encouraging. The second treatment was a big improvement in that it was if someone filled in my world with beautiful colors again. I saw the beauty around me. The following weeks just kept improving everything inside me. It wasn’t a masking of the despair but the complete absence of it! I enjoyed people again, I wanted to be with people again, and I was enjoying my fabulous family. I continued working with Dr. Ghorieshi and his team who are all world class, and I love being back to myself. The strong, confident, person that is the real me is here and thriving, and I am writing this 3 years after my first treatment at PAMB. If you are suffering, PAMB is the place you want to go for help. Dr. Ghorieshi has chosen the best team, and I will always be grateful to them for saving my life. “Our son who is now 5 has been going here since he just turned 2. He has naturally been reading since he was 2 and is very focussed so we wanted him to attend a pre school where he could "free play". For him Heffalump has helped him in many ways more than one. It is such a warm environment for any child to thrive. The teachers Minakshi, Barbara, Natalya and Craig are wonderful people who really genuinely love children and root for their growth; they nurture them is such a loving way. Each teacher brings in their own strength and combined - they form a great team. They build confidence in each child, and let kids be kids. Do not be fooled by the building (which is an old Palo Alto building setting) as you enter. Spend some time understanding how kids are loved and made to thrive in this wonderful pre-school. It is a no fuss, non fancy place - unlike most schools in the area. It is a home away from home. Kids rarely get sick as they are taught how to wash hands and taught how to be independent. Wonderful place!”

“I wanted to shout out Gil and the service team at Mike's Bikes. I have a Rondo gravel bike and the back rim cracked in two places under warranty. While Rondo is dragging their feet on a replacement or credit after two weeks with no update, Gil lent me a wheel so I could get back on the road and trails while we wait for Rondo to respond. I thought that was pretty cool.”

“Came here for a leadership workshop. It's been years since I've been here. The building is well maintained and cleaned. The staff was super nice. Although, I don't get why you serve snacks but have to stay in the foyer and only allow water in the sanctuary- makes eating the snack or drinking the coffee not such a good experience lol. But that's neither here nor there.”

“We were building our new home and we almost visited most of the stores in the Bay Area to find Modern kitchen cabinet. We also visited custom cabinet shops. We were getting either very high price or not what we were looking for. Almost after 4 months of search, we found Ronbow at Livermore. We worked with Jason and Echo. We also met with his super star automated founder/engineer Roger. They helped picking best choices without adding too much cost. Best thing was when there was supply chain issue, Ronbow committed to 4 weeks deliveries. Our house got delayed but Ronbow delivery was ready. They offered storage without additional cost due to covid issues. During design phase, they found that pentry cabinets would not look good, they upgraded to maple wood (due to matching color with panels). It was awesome gift to us. They delivered all cabinets and we found some pull out drawers were old style (not sure what happened), the moment we talked to Echo, she immediately sent replacement. We chose to install through our contractors and we found that some cabinets didn't have good alignment, Echo sent her engineering team 2-3 times to make sure we get best services and alignment. 3D Design was perfect way to visualize and make sure what we needed. We needed some extra shelf, they immediately sent extra shelves and panels. We did 2 experiments, 1. I wanted to create cabinet temple and 2. needed oil and spice cabinet connecting countertop, but both came out perfect! Also their design suggestion saved us from future problem. Overall, it was awesome experience with Ronbow. We will 100% recommend to anyone who needs modern kitchen cabinets with best quality. Thank you Jason, Roger, Echo and RONBOW team for delivering one of the best kitchen cabinets within our price. I just love love our kitchen!”

“I visited Dr Sang for help with some shoulder inflammation which had persisted for a while . The combination of acupuncture and the natural supplements she recommended, worked, and within a week or so I noticed improvement which continued until I was fully recovered. “Stopped for a quick bite to go. I like that they have vegetarian and gluten-free options. I placed my order at the counter, was given a buzzer and waited outside for it to buzz. Once it did, I went to the other side of the restaurant to pick up. I ordered the Impossible Burger with gluten free bread and a lemonade. The lemonade was tart but not sweet enough for my liking. I wasn’t a fan of the gluten free bread. It normally comes with egg bread. The impossible burger was overcooked if that makes sense for a vegan patty but with ketchup it was okay.”
