“Beautiful Park, have been going here for the past 10 years ever since moving to Sunnyvale! Giant grass fields which are perfect for any activities such as fitness. There are two playgrounds with an outdoor gym which are very nice along with a trail to stroll around on, and a dirt area which is perfect for RC cars! The redwoods are a very beautiful and it's sad to see a few of them lose pines due to drought :(”

By the time he turned 2.5, my son had learned the entire alphabet and counting from 1 to 100 there, without us teaching at home. Our family will undoubtedly miss the dedicated teachers at Qing's Family Daycare. It has been a wonderful and enriching experience for our son's early development. “This is long overdue! I've been training with Corey online for about 5 months now. When I started, I had been sitting from stay at home order and gained about 10-12 pounds of unwanted weight. My mobility was compromised, my strength was down, and my body hurt in weird places. Corey customized my program to tackle those things - programming specifically for my goals with the equipment that I had available. We would do monthly check-ins and mix up the workouts every 6-8 weeks to shock my body and keep my progress consistent. Fast forward to today - I've lost 15 pounds!! Even below my weight pre-covid! My mobility is better than it was before, I'm stronger, faster and I feel like an athlete again. I'm in better shape than I was going to the gym on my own. “Absolutely love this gym! I work with my trainer, Audrey, at this location. She has helped me so much with the mobility, strength and endurance over the years that I have been working with her. She understands my body and knows how to adjust workouts based on how my body is feeling so I don't get hurt. Gym has an excellent mixture of free weights/equipment, weighted/cable machines, cardio equipment, and a fabulous turf. They also have equipment for stretching and warming up to avoid injuring yourself. Great amount of space to work with and all the trainers are super nice! You can tell that they pride themselves in the training they are providing to their clients. Travis, the owner, always kept it clean and sanitized with COVID restrictions in place and continues to maintain that same level of cleanliness now. He also makes sure the gym and the equipment are working properly that issues are addressed quickly. Plus he always has a smile on his face and makes everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable! I highly recommend that anyone who wants to work 1-on-1 with a trainer to start their journey here.”

“Pretty good. liked the lamb chop and ground meat the most. My friend liked the shrimp and chicken thigh skewer. felt the lamb and beef skewers were not bad but a bit dry for my taste. We both loved the free rice and bread. My friend especially loved the rice. Beef liver appetizer was good but only get it if you know you like liver. Eggplant appetizer was also good. We asked them to cook the meat for us because we felt they'd do a better job for our first experience but you can also opt to cook it yourself like at kbbq places.”
