“Excellent food and professional service!!! We hired Angela Blessing Catering for our wedding of 120 guests. Our services we paid for was a buffet, and staff to help with some service and cleanup. (even helped scoop ice cream for dessert past 8PM) Every dish from appetizers to sides to entrées were so flavorful and rich! We had multiple guests tell us that this food was the best wedding food they've ever had. And they successfully served hot food with a broken oven!! We had a number of guests with specific allergies and intolerances, so Angela worked with us to ensure there was a wide variety of vegetarian, (multiple vegetarians said we had the best options/variety of any wedding they have been too) gluten free, and dairy free options for them. We also appreciated her focus on fresh, local, and in-season produce. Angela's staff during our wedding were professional and very hard working. They were all seemed happy to be there and enjoying the festivities as well while working. There was even one staff member who stayed behind to assist in the late-night clean up to properly pack away all our rented glassware and dishware! (did half professional service, half friends helping us with the wedding) HUGE thanks and gratitude to Angela Blessing Catering, definitely recommend for anyone with any size of event in the future! When I got in touch with her she was my point of contact for everything. Text or call her. She was much better over the phone/text then through email. (Seriously) Some menu items that our guests enjoyed: Vegetarian dishes: Mediterranean Chickpea Salad: flavorful and hardy! Pesto pasta: garlicy and bold flavors. Great for kids! My 5 year old cousin had 3 plates of it. Green beans with bacon and blue cheese: Green beans were cooked perfectly and crunchy. Never had blue cheese on green beans but it was great if you like it Mashed potatoes (nice and garlicy) Arugula salad Beef Bourguignon: amazing with the mashed potatoes, we had more requests for chicken when we surveyed our guests but we had by far less beef left overs of this in the end”

“Last summer, unbeknownst to us, our hot tub sparked a fire in the middle of the night as we slept. The deck apparently smoldered on the underside for over an hour. Luckily when the flames burst through the deck I woke up and saw them. About 400 square feet of redwood decking was engulfed. We called 911, and battled it with 2 garden hoses. We were losing the fight when Ben Lomond firefighters arrived really quickly and took over. They were efficient, courteous and friendly. It took them about and hour and a half to completely knock down the fire, as they were meticulous about making sure it was all out. They saved our house from burning down, and we will never forget their response to the 1 am call which was such a great service to us and the surrounding neighbors. Thank you firefighters!”
