“My husband and I recently hired Milspec Builders to add a room to our house. From the moment we met Todd Lehmann and Steve Berry we were impressed. They arrived at our house on time for that first meeting and every day after. As a busy mom of two young kids and one on the way, I sincerely appreciated that they respected my time by always keeping me informed of when and how long they'd be at our house. I was surprised and thankful at how clean the area was after they left each day. I wasn't left with nails, tools, or even dust on the ground after they left. Which made the area safe when they weren't there and my kids could walk around the house as usual without stepping on or tripping over something. Todd and Steve were both very communicative. They didn't seem bothered by the amount of questions we had - and we had a lot since this was our first time working with contractors. Instead, they answered all of our questions and kept us informed of what was happening each day. They even surprised us by anticipating our needs for the room and changes we may want to make because of how we will use it in the future. Milspec Builders was extremely efficient. When they came, they worked. They finished the project quickly and accurately. We weren't ever waiting around for work to be done. The professionalism of Milspec Builders gave us a lot of confidence in the process, and ultimately will lead us to hiring them again. Being comfortable with people working in your home, especially when you're not there, is priceless. And Todd and Steve's respect for our property, family, and time built a mutual trust between client and contractor. In the end, we actually missed them when they were done with the project. “If your slider is impossible to open like ours was, this is the company to call! I was able to get an appointment within a week and Brice and David arrived on time with all the equipment they needed to replace our ancient rollers. Our doors are super heavy and they were able to lift and fix them so that we can slide open our doors with a finger! They also gave us advice on locks, screens (they noticed a divot out of the screen track and fixed it), and maintenance. David and Brice were friendly, super efficient and professional. My only regret is waiting so long to fix our sliders!”

“We were visiting from out of town and staying at the Santee Lakes RV campground. On the way to San Diego we had a blowout on our car hauler trailer. Didn’t want to head back to AZ without a spare so stopped in at 5:00pm to get a new tire. Jeremy helped us - same person who answered the phone and said to come on down. He was so very nice. Told him no rush - put us at the end of the line as we were in town for a few days. We could come back the following day. Went across the street to Starbucks. As I was leaving the Starbucks, got a text the tire was ready. Same amount of time to make a drink as it was to get a new tire. Amazing. This is the same level of service we get at our local store in Surprise, AZ. Clearly the culture at Discount Tire is what separates them from the rest. Service is always amazing and the folks helping are always so pleasant and customer focused. Amazing job Discount Tire and thanks Jeremy for taking care of us.”

“Since I am a local guide, I want to be fair with this review. And, it is based upon one experience. Ordered some Glock, Gen 5, competitive trigger parts. Almost immediately, I was provided with a tracking number. Periodically, I checked the number for movement progress and there was none. I contacted customer service a minimum of three times, but to no avail. There was no response! Finally, customer service replied and stated that actual shipment would occur between 2 and 6 days after the order is placed. Now the items are en route. However, in this era of shipment in the Amazon tradition, merchants MUST ship items as soon as possible. Amazon has set a standard that is hard to beat. True, Amazon does not carry the parts that I ordered. I have elevated my review based upon a change in customer service. The new agent went out of his way to assist me and to make up for past events. Consequently, through his actions, I will use Taran Tactical again. Looks as if you got rid of the dead wood.”
