“I rented Rolling Thunder for my daughters wedding party and their spouses and kids in mid-September 2018. It was perfect! Everyone that stayed there had a wonderful time.The house and guest houses slept the 10 young adults and three adolescent aged kids very comfortably. The owners Lisa and Jerry Kenton and their staff are accommodating in every way.We also rented the spectacular and nearby Collins Ranch for my daughters wedding through Lisa Kenton. The large gated grounds and gardens are secluded and completely fenced off. Our big Rottweiler thought she had died and gone to heaven. This house was a great spot for every pre and post wedding gathering. The pool area has hammocks and lots of shade and good hot spots. The jacuzzis rocked ! Ping pong and other games got used as well as the awesome outdoor fireplaces and barbecues.”

“I have lived here for 25 yrs! Its a big family atmosphere here, We all watch out for each other here. If you appreciate holiday lighting , decorated yards and the smell of homemade cookies n cakes, this is the place. Come take a drive through a blast from the past and see the home of Johnny Cash's roadies! Yes you read that correct, There are still a few original trailers here. “We rented a 34 foot RV for spring break with the family. The staff made sure that we were comfortable with everything before we left. He even went on a test drive with us. We called a couple time during the trip and he always answered and walked us through our needs. No surprise charges or fees when we turned the RV in. We had an awesome experience and will be back for sure! Highly recommend!”

For some time my family and I felt discriminated by him. In other hands all other servers/cooks were amazing. We will think twice in coming back to this hotel because of the server.”

“Great staff, especially Stephanie at the registration desk. This is a very old property in the process of badly needed renovations and it's right on the freeway, but it's priced as such and it's also next to the beach. We set our expectations accordingly and had a great stay. We had an ocean-view room with a private balcony & fireplace. The room is old, but has some modern updates and it's clean. Memory foam king bed is super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll absolutely stay here again.”

“My father lived here for about 5 years until his passing. He was very happy there. The Park is very clean and the neighbors friendly. I found the management very helpful when we needed to add a ramp to my dad's mobile home. Some may describe the management as picky... but I would say this is a good thing.....If you want to live in a nice park. If you are looking for a small senior park nestled between Ojai and Ventura and that is very well maintained, this is the place. I would highly recommend Arroyo Mobile Home Park.”

“We stayed on the Bahama Mama.My husband surprised me for my birthday for the weekend..What a great weekend!! Thank you to John the owner and Martha..She met with us and showed us around and was very cool .We will definitely be back...it was so cool sitting on the back deck, what a view!!!..At night, we had the best view and location for the live music and lights,and just being on the water..so beautiful..check out the rentals too! So much fun..Rochelle is the best!! So sad to go home!”

“Nice spacious campsite, room for several tents. Two fire pits, two grills. Large tree and creek through camp. *WARNING* Be careful anywhere on that trail, especially right alongside the creek. There is poison oak all over the place. Before you go, familiarize yourself with what poison oak looks like and avoid it at all costs. I've been pretty miserable since my trip.”

There’s a communal 70s vibe that defines the clubhouse with complete kitchen,games room, library, outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi for 15. There’s a billiards room and never used, recently maintained shuffleboard courts. informal groups meet for various social activities like cards, games, book club, bingo.”

“I've stayed at this hotel twice the last few months and honestly, this place is great. Both times was with bigger groups and event arrangements which always puts extra pressure on the staff and restaurant to perform. It was two great stays and both service and food was great. There are a lot of things that I like to say I appreciated, the pool area I one, the gym was great, close to the beach, and the beds made it feel like you slept on clouds (not kidding you).
