“A very special thank you to the owner and especially Dora who made sure I came back in so that she could take care of me and my girlfriend this Christmas. I had an issue with a purchase I made and was honestly not satisfied. The owner and employees got in contact with me and did their best to try and fix it. I’m used to most places dismissing anyone’s issues, But I felt like they really did care and in a way killed me with kindness. The flower arrangement was very beautiful, and they made it especially for me as a thank you for giving them another shot. I don’t know if any place has ever gone that far. I can say that the people that work here are very nice and will do their best to make sure you’re happy with what you purchase. At the very least they will fix a mistake that they feel they may have made, and at the most they will help you celebrate a special occasion of holiday with a wonderful handmade gift of flowers. In all, I recommend coming here to find the flowers you need. They put the love in care in their arrangements and this last experience showed me that some businesses still care about sending you home with something that will make you smile, and will give you a quality product.”

“This review is for the shop in Glendora across from Oakdale MortuScott ,Thank You for doing a impeccable job!!!As it happens my brother owns two flower shops in Fontana and San Bernardino. I am a computer tech by trade and take care of his network for him. I have other options for a Florist as I live in San Dimas. I walked into your shop one day after visiting a friend in Oakdale Mortuary across the street from your shop. I have learned the difference between a Daisy and a Daffodil working with the help while I was at the shops working on the computers. It is quite amazing how much goes into the floral business,I would not hasten to say it is an art form in it's own right. So I walked in obviously I could compare apples for apples. The first impression I got was the same as being in my brothers shop ,we are not perfect, we are honest and we are giving it 110 percent of our effort to be that way. There have been some tough times in the last decade many shops have folded in the crunch. Only the best pulled through, and one of the best are you. Thank You for your never ending effort to do a wonderful job,with employees like Scott,Allen and the new girl on the block who took my order I looked but I couldn't find her name please tell her Thank You so much as well. There is a Florist directly across the street from you. They are the in Minor leagues you are the in Major Leagues just comparing apples for apples and after all it is just my opinion. She created a beautiful arrangement to go on our arbor during the ceremony and then later mounted it to the wall behind the head table (which was a last minute decision that she easily and happily accommodated). This piece was absolutely stunning and received many compliments from guests. She also made lovely bouquets and boutonnieres for the bridal party. I didn’t really have much in mind for flowers and left the creative decision-making to Shelly and I couldn’t have been happier with the results!
