He and Natalie Pecoraro spent hours and hours with me on the phone during the two weeks I was planning my father’s service from 3k miles away. They went above and beyond with their caring words, time, comfort and service. During my father’s funeral, Ricardo and Lucy Duong stood attentively in the hot sun for well over an hour, helping with guests and dealing with flowers and prayer cards, among many other things.
