“My mom passed away six years ago and I felt overwelmed and numb all at the same time. Veronica, who worked there at the time was very kind and patient with me and my sister. We live in Long Beach and was not sure if the location was too far away. But to our surprise it was not very far at all. It's very peaceful, and I love seeing the Mariachi Bands singing to their family members whom have passed away. My only criticism six years ago was that the painting on the Nitch wall was very old and peeling, and the name plates were crooked. But when I brought it to Veronica's attention it was all fixed within a few weeks. Now as of three years ago my nephew is resting peacefully there as well. R.I.P Mama ❤️ and Christopher 💙”

“The Beddingfield Funeral Service team went above and beyond at my dad's funeral and I cannot be more grateful for the level of customer service they showed. Although it is not part of the job, they greeted funeral guests and made everyone feel welcome while the rest of my family grieved. They could have just done their duties and quietly sat in the sidelines, but this team truly goes the extra mile. If you are stumped on a company to handle these services for you, look no further! I mean it! Throughout the entire process they were courteous and understanding. The process was extremely smooth, simple, and concise from signing the paperwork to the funeral and burial service. Their pricing was fair and better than most places we've quoted with. They were on time, respectful, and assisted with everything including something as simple as a reminder of what step was next for the burial service. Tom was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions promptly. He was very quick on getting back on any emails I sent and gave good recommendations. Though unconventional, Tom let us have a few minutes with our Dad after the funeral service before taking him to be cremated. Jinno assisted with the funeral service, and Christian assisted with the Burial Service. Both have been absolutely helpful and understanding.”

“I can not give enough praise and gratitude, for the service this company gave me. Being able to purchase a plot for my mom, at a 1/4 of the cemeteries list price, was beyond helpful. The lot I purchased would not have been available either, for the best lots were sold many years ago at Skylawn. Terry the owner was so compassionate on the phone, explained the basics and guided me, in such a thoughtful manner. I personally worked with Jason Salvador, who showed me the different possibilities for mom at Skylawn Memorial. He was kind and new the cemetery layout so well - he had worked for Skylawn previously and knew all about the cemetery. There was no pressure and he simply showed me the possibilities. I could not have asked for a better or easier process. I found the most beautiful plot for mom!! I could not have afforded it! If, it had not been for this amazing company. I have attached a couple of pics - at purchase time and after the burial. There is such a spectacular view of the mountains and of Half Moon Bay!! So peaceful!!! Jason, then set up a meeting with Kenny of Skylawn to do all the paper work. It was simple to pay for the different parts. He stayed with me for all the important details. I am so thankful for Terry and Jason!! They were so helpful and made this part so much better and easier. It is so hard to lose someone and have all these decisions and details. The service their company offered me, allowed me to honor mom in the most wonderful way. My highest recommendation!!!”

“We have trusted this establishment to care for two of our loved ones; neither time have we been disappointed. Wayne delivers everything promised and more. He is extremely professional, compassionate, makes himself available at all times, and communicated with us during the entire process. Wayne most recently cared for my brother. It was a sudden a loss, making it extremely difficult for my family to process. Through it all, he was very patient, caring, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, he handled my brother with extreme care. When it was time to view my brother's body, I honestly couldn't believe my eyes. Looking at my brother made it a little bit difficult to believe that he was gone because he looked like he was just sleeping; he was literally perfect and looked as if he were at perfect peace. “As hard as it is looking for a mortuary to help lay your loved one in their final resting place Christian from Emerson-Bartlett Mortuary was honestly one of the best people that I have met. 2023 really hit our family hard this year losing so many close to us. I dealt with other Mortuaries this year, and after unexpectedly losing my father in November, we decided to look at other places. We were referred to Christian and what a true blessing he was. He made my sisters and I feel like family, feel comfortable and he gave us peace. He turned the worst tragedy in our lives to the most beautiful and memorable final moments that we will cherish forever. This man went above and beyond and to him I am forever grateful.
