“This company is actually my 2nd choice for home fix-it needs but as they are convenient and closer than my 1st choice, they usually get my business. My most recent online search for a specific sliding closet door wheel replacement showed one item that matched what I needed. Photos show the old unit with cracked wheel. Luckily this location had 9 units in stock so I noted the Aisle and Bay numbers for easy in store shopping. They were in the correct spot and I had no problems at the quick self checkout. Not confident at first about the quality of the plastic wheel replacement based on the negative reviews, I was relieved and very happy that my new replacements are quiet and roll very smoothly. The plastic wheels may not last forever but they should be good for awhile.”

The paint team is super helpful, well beyond any support you will receive from the Kelly Moore team in the same shopping center. In fact, I have quit buying Kelly Moore paint after many frustrating encounters there. Go to the the helpful paint store here at Ace; you will not be disappointed!! In addition, the rest of the store is stocked with a full selection of any other items you need for the kitchen, garden, garage, etc., also with friendly employees, ready to help you with anything you need.”

“Ace Hardware recently opened this store here in Hesperia. This is my first time in an Ace Hardware store. They sold not only hardware supplies but had items for gardening, bird seed, bicycle equipment and also random things like my favorite goat milk hand lotion (which I buy from Costco) and candy. We were greeted when we walked into the store. I navigated all the aisles to take photos for this review. No one approached me to see if I needed help. My partner had trouble finding a specific tool he needed. He asked an employee about it and the worker seemed friendly.”

“Had good luck recently finding plumbing supplies for a bathroom remodel. I've had them just point to a wall, but also had them pick out the part for me. They took back what I didn't use for a full credit too. But their stated refund policy was short, like 15-days I think. They have parts that HD doesn't and I like being able to get in and out quickly if you know what you're looking for. Hope they can survive against the big chains.”

“Last minute shopping a little hectic yet easy in and out. Still had some great merchandise at a much better prices (quick sells) and good selections. Even though it was Christmas Eve the employees were fantastic and happy to help me locate the discounted items, such as tree trimming, other decorations and variety of food and clothing items. This was the best store I went shopping where you were able to shop without feeling like you had imposed on them. Some other locations near by (remain nameless) had a "chip on their shoulder", and "scrooge" personalities, poor review, but I gave them a smile and wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
