“Dr. Poucher, Annie and the staff are INCREDIBLE. They are all so warm, kind and compassionate. I couldn't recommend them more. This is a sigma free zone and they make you feel comfortable talking about any and all issues. They are also respectful in how they schedule patients and do not leave you waiting which is extremely rare. I also tried their new line of products (which they did not push at all) and I LOVE them! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!”

“The facility is bigger than it looks! And the healing is fantastic. One of the best TCM/ acupuncture healings I’ve ever experienced. I went for lower extremities numbness and received massage, heating pads, electrostimulation therapy, and acupuncture. I left feeling refreshed!”

“I had a good comfortable experience. The lady was knowledgeable and straight forward. I was relieved, because all the choices made me confused & unsure of myself. Abundant free parking in the Safeway lot. Not the safest area though. 8/23/23: Cindy Wu was so helpful & reassuring. The place is in what seems like a dangerous location that's gotten worse since I went there last time. I like my new replacement c-pap machine 🫁 & am so glad my insurance covers this product. I sleep 😴 💤 great with this machine! They need to keep their front entrance door locked 🔒! There's no security from the outside to their office. The downstairs front desk guy does not watch the outside elevator or stop anyone from using it. It's not a safe area; although, I never heard of anyone in this 🏬 office being attacked. There's always a 1st time. I did not feel safe inside their office, & the lady was there alone! It seemed to be dangerous to me.”

“I can't recommend Carol Areas highly enough! Her attention to detail and genuine care for both adults and children is truly remarkable. Yes, I trust her enough to send my two children for her care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The practitioner took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. It's clear she is passionate about what she does, and her dedication shines through in every session. If you're looking for a Reiki practitioner who goes above and beyond, Carol is the one for you!”

“I can’t say enough amazing and incredible things about the extremely talented eye doctor/surgeon, Dr. Mitra Nejad!!! In short, I was living a complete nightmare for 9 months because of a botched cataract surgery. Before that procedure I wore +1.50 low grade prescription glasses for reading, to barely being able to see. My life changed 100% and to say I was miserable is a gross understatement. During those 9 months I did everything I could to find help, I was desperate. My journey was long because I couldn’t find a doctor who knew how to fix my eyesight. Some said it couldn’t be done without “completely losing your eyesight” and the rest said it couldn’t be done… period. Finally one very well respected ophthalmologist told me I was completely screwed and that if it could be fixed it would have to be by a “damn good surgeon”. He then referred me to The Stein Institute at UCLA followed by “that’s where you’ll find some of the best in the country”. That is when my luck changed… the day I met Dr. Mitra Nejad at The Stein Institute/UCLA Medical Center. Professional, caring, highly skilled, highly intelligent, and she knew she could perform this surgery with absolute certainty. Flash forward 3 months, I now have 20/20 vision… don’t need glasses or contacts!!! I am so incredibly blessed to have found her and I’m living proof of her unique skills and what she can do for others. I will never forget this remarkable woman.”

“Helpful. Safe. Health a priority. Thankful. For those with mental health issues that come here for anxiety and already have a therapist they work with, if you accidentally say too much, they will call DPS officers to handcuff you and then send you off somewhere. You will be put in hand cuffs and shipped off somewhere. It would have been better for me to be alone, go back to my apartment with my roommate, done therapy, the next week, and then hoped for the best. The university wants nothing to do with a student in need in a circumstance like this nor will they follow up or make comment, and you and your family (Mom and Dad, or both, will have to deal with everything afterwards). We're not upset about this, just there has to be a better system to help students that are having a hard time. Many people that are having a hard time refuse help and suffer in silence anyways. My family did not deserve the concern they had to have by sending me to some psych facility nor did the medication at Las Encinas really resolve anything. Also for reference I understood I was LGBTQ+ at the beginning of university at my time beginning in Spring of 2015 so I should have just come out or began to find peers so I can speak of this comfortably and feel okay.”

“Best dental office I’ve ever experienced!!!! Staff is all wonderful. From hygienist, assistants, secretaries to dentists; professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I see Dr Gill. My last appointment with him I had a bone graft and an extraction. When he put my chair back up, and said “all done” I was speechless! First time this has ever happened to me. He is also gentle with the numbing. I have referred 4 people to him and they are ALL very happy!”
