I love the fact that this company uses pet and child friendly organic products. It really helps with my allergies! My carpet seems to have a longer life span since it extracts all the dirt instead of soaking it. I’ve tried other services where they just have the dirt fall under carpet. “When my daughter’s puppies soiled our $12k rug, I was beside myself with furry. Figuring the 8x10ft wool and silk rug was a goner, these guys really saved the day. They are extremely busy because they know their craft and do excellent work. In fact, 3 other clients were dropping off rugs while I was there briefly picking up our renewed rug. “I am so happy I chose to call A1 steam way. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and they are about 3 years old. I do know my carpet is pretty cheap, so I honestly wasn’t expecting such a great outcome. I had one room in particular that I called about which had kitten pee. I used my home shampooer and it did enough to not reek like cat pee, but not enough to smell fresh. There was an odor I could just not remove no matter what I did. Well A1 got the job done. After the carpet fully dried, and the smell of the cleaners calmed down a bit, the room finally smells normal. It’s been maybe two weeks now and every is still fresh looking and smelling. I was also very grateful for the price point. He did another bed room and 2 area rugs all for his minimum price which I really appreciated. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!”
