“First time going to this dry cleaner and the experience was great. I spoke with the owners a bit and it is locally owned by this cute Korean couple, really nice and down to earth people! I had a LOT to dry clean, almost 30 shirts, 3 suits and 2 pants, and they quoted me about 4 days to get it done which is faster than my previous experiences. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and because of COVID, they were also selling cute laniards that their daughter made to hold your mask on your neck which I got one and it works great! Highly recommend this place, support local business!”

“this is my default dry cleaning/alterations establishment. the dry cleaning service is top notch, and the alterations they do is second to none! the customer service is excellent: i had them sew a new set of buttons on a waist coat, but one of them popped off the first time i wore it. i took it back in, and they sewed in on there for free, and actually reinforced the other buttons with thicker thread! excellent! i've had them rezipper and repair hopelessly mangled musical instrument bags, and they came out nicer than when i originally bought them! i highly recommend this place! and they're such nice people, to boot!”

The 1 time a washer got stuck on the cycle, i was immediately helped and refunded the cycle cost to use a different machine. I have been there during the day and very late at night. I've always had a good experience. no waiting and the facility very clean. they have vending machines for drinks snacks & any laundry essentials. the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and efficient. They also have a state of the arts water filtering system. Great business, i don't go anywhere but here anymore”

They have a 50% off the entire store that knocks my socks off everytime. I leave there saying, "Why, why do I continue to allow Macy's to do me so wrong?" It's almost like I forget about this secret gem of a store tucked away up here in alpine. In any case, I have nothing but wonderful things to say.
