“How i benefitted from using Rebecca as an agent was so much more than what i anticipated. I was selling my home and simply looking for another place to live, i contacted another agent but Rebecca was strongly recommended to me by my mortgage agent. Using her extensive knowledge and experience, she carefully advised me but never pushed me to do anything i didn't want to do, even when she didn't agree. rather, she supported me through the sale of my house and got me the new house that i wanted after negotiating all terms beneficial to me. It didn't even end there, she drove all the way to my old home on the morning of my move out, constantly asked me if there was anything i needed, called me several times that day to check on me, and made sure i had dinner afterward since i hadn't eaten all day. the next day she spent hours during my move in talking to ADT to arrange setup of my security system, she arranged to have my house painted and EV charger installed while i was away w my kids and offered to help with anything i need in my new home, even weeks after the deal has closed. I honestly think she is a one of a kind agent, not only because she is so knowledgeable and competent but mostly because she cares more about the client than she does about the commission.”

“A decent apartment like an oasis in the area. I stayed there for 3 years and enjoyed my time. It's a low-density property so you have sufficient windows and natural air flow. The location is excellent. Easy access to major highways. Close to major big tech offices. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but not too close, so it's convenient while the premises remain quiet. I have never lost a package from Amazon. Of course this is not the luxury type of accommodation, but I found the quality worth what you are paying at least during my stay. They have renovated quite a lot of the units in the recent years so you can expect upgraded living conditions from what I had.”

“Current resident coming up on two years. Nicole is a great manager and has been doing a lot to improve the property and encourage community. The quad is well kept and the pool is always clean. They recently upgraded the pool area, and are working on the laundry facilities. The community could use more security in terms of cameras because the area is ripe with break-ins according to the next-door app and personal experience. One of the few pet friendly complexes that actually is gated. Lovely apartment complex with abundant greenery and totally worth it. Will review again when we know the move out process and get our first house, but as far as day to day life, it's good and the area is up and coming.”
