“I don’t know where to begin. I absolutely loved this experience. Our tasting guide was beyond knowledgeable and welcoming. It was such an intimate experience and the wines were divine. Truly a gem inside the Fairmont hotel. If you love wine, do yourself a favor and stop in. Do keep in mind that this experience is a bit more expensive and the value is up to your discretion, however, as someone who loves wine the price was not a deterrent for us.”

“Stayed for a few days in July. Great summer location with great views and a perfect open layout. My favorite part was opening the windowed doors extending the living room right onto the deck in the evening cool air. Took the opportunity for a nice 30 minute walk down to the coffee shops in the morning and only a 5-10 minute drive to any store. Thank you Capanna 693 and looking forward to a winter visit.”

“Felt like a safe way to see the tourist destinations. However, even with the 2 day pass, if you get off to explore, there's just not enough time to see everything due to extended wait times to get back on a bus. At times it was faster to forego the bus and take a lyft. We encountered 4 tour guides providing live commentary out of about 9 trips, the first of which was the morning of 8/26 around 10:30 and did not follow a PC script and was screaming into the microphone multiple times while going through a tunnel. The other 3 gentlemen providing the live commentary were wonderful and shared many great facts. We took a trolley to Sausalito over The Golden Gate Bridge and also around the park loop(the green trolley) and found both of those drivers provided live commentary and were knowledgeable and personable people-was quite pleased with both and they were a highlight of the tours.”

I walked in to get a passport document notarized; fortunately the place was not busy and I loved the fact that the place was open late. Notary is bilingual (Spanish/English). He completed the document online vs the printed form I brought in, which looked professional. Friendly and fast service.”

“Water sports rental facility was well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees. For someone not experienced with driving boats, the rental orientation made me feel safe and prepared for my excursion on the lagoon. Our two hour session on the Runabout was fantastic and made for the perfect family picnic on the lagoon. Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking on our arrival. Gift shop had plenty of sunscreen, hats, snacks, and products for waterproofing phones and things like cash and cards. Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely come back on our next trip to Carlsbad.”

“The Ace & Olive house we rented for one night was absolutely lovely. It was located right in Greenhorn Golf Course and although we aren’t golfers it was a nice bonus to watch the golfers tee off! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The décor was modern and stylish, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal as well as have a delicious cup (or two!) of coffee. The location was also great, as it was close to a lot of local amenities and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental to others. Emily, who rented us the house was fantastic. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the rental process, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She provided detailed instructions on how to access the house, and made herself available in case we had any questions or concerns.”

With our recent trip from Paris our plane had a mechanical problem for 3 hrs in Paris.. our connecting flight from Toronto to los Angeles was super delayed and they cAncel our flight.When we’re in Toronto the airline company didn’t even entertain us answer our questions regarding our re booking since its airline faults that we miss our connecting flight.I texted right away Ms Maro about the our situation in Toronto.. without realizing it was Sunday and the time differences. We’ve been in the airport for almost 10 hrs and nothing happened. We all tired and exhausted especially my kids..No ones from the airlines talking to us. I keep texting Ms Maro from 4 pm until 2:30 am.. Its 12 midnight in Los Angeles… she’s working double time.. just to make sure everything is gonna turn out ok..she gave us instructions what to do. Thats the advantage if u have a travel agent… Ms Maro took the stress away and helped us to re book our flight back. Contacting the travel insurance…She advise us to look for a hotel close to the airport and take a good rest. Early morning .. i received a txt already from Ms Maro confirming our flight back….Im so grateful to her…Inspite of what we’ve been through…she create a wonderful travel I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process, and keeping us organized with clear contacts, and all of our documents. . The hotels were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy The trip was an unforgettable experience! We are all so appreciative of everything you did for us.We love u Ms Maro.. until our next trip.. I would definitely recommend Travelteck❤️🥰”

“Great location and nice house. Very close to the beach and downtown Newport. Rich and Sheryl were responsive and very polite. The one downside is finding a parking spot on the street. There is a garage for a compact car/SUV. However being close to the beach why we selected this property. We definitely would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best we have ever had from a rental property.”
