“My experience in buying a vehicle from enterprise was a good one. The person who sold me the van was pleasant. I liked the fact that there was female sales people, so many car dealers are male dominated. The fixed price was great because it was bellow blue book and competitive. For some reason, the windshield on the van passed inspection for resale. It was badly pitted and had chips in it. The salesperson treated this issue very lightly. It upset me that she told me to go have it repaired.I don’t feel that it should of been put over on me, it shouldn’t of been delivered to me in that condition. However, when I brought it to the attention of management (Dave) , he had the windshield replace. Thank you. I’m still waiting for my title and related paperwork, I hope it arrives soon. All in all I liked my experience and would recommend buying vehicles to others????”
