“I had an error display on my Suzuki Vstrom 650 so I called Moto Works and they told me to bring it in for a look. The tech Tim looked at my bike and took it for a test drive. There didn’t seem to be any major issue, but he did notice my chain was tension was loose. He took my bike in the shop without an appointment, properly tensioned the chain, and did visual safety checks on the brakes, tires, and other components. Tim also took the time to explain what he was doing along the way which was very helpful to an ultra novice DIY guy. The shop personnel as a whole was very friendly and helpful and had a very reasonable service rate. Cannot recommend enough. I’ll be calling them in a few weeks when I order new tires so I can have them installed at Moto Works.”

They recommended not repairing anything as the issue was coming from deep inside the turbo system and the overall cost to fix the issue would have exceeded the value of my vehicle.
