“I have updated this review from one star to four stars, because the owner did the standup thing: he called and asked for my side of the story and wanted to make it right. Unfortunately, we've already made other arrangements, but because he did what he did, I would have given him a second chance if I could have. Would give less than one star if I could. I called this company, I set up the appointment, I provided pictures of the issues with our gutters, and I was told by Brent that they would be out today to do the work. A sales person came out "to assess" what work needed to be done. I was understandably upset that no work would be done today. I sent him on his way and told him to get me an estimate. He then lied to Brent and claimed that I swore at him, which was a flat out lie, and THEN Brent CALLED MY HUSBAND, NOT ME (!!!!!) to "try to work this out." Fortunately, my husband is a great guy and gave me the message. I called Brent back and told him that his sales person lied, but it didn't matter, we no longer want to work with his company. I would never recommend any company who thinks it's okay to go around the woman who contacted them when an issue arises.”
