“My 1989 Toyota Hilux is a Japanese import that I was initially having the hardest time passing emissions after I purchased it. That is until I found Shift Automotive! The two brothers that own Shift are extremely knowledgeable and I felt right away that they were committed to help me solve my problem. The Hilux is a model that has never been sold in the states so finding parts is next to impossible, but Rabi (one of the owners) went out of his way to procure what was needed, far-exceeding my expectations of a repair shop. But Shift Automotive is a special place, one I would recommend to anyone for either repair work or for the purchase of a used vehicle - and I'd recommend Shift without a second's hesitation! After a few tweaks to my truck (in order to account for the difference in American and Japanese markets when it comes to emission testing standards) we got it to pass and I was finally able to register without another hitch! I have Shift Automotive to thank for this.”
