They take students as young as 2yo (and as old as me) and help to instill those fundamentals in each student. My son started with Springs ATA almost 3 years ago and is, with the encouragement and excellent instruction of their staff, soon going to achieve his Black belt. He has earned several first place medals in sparring at a National Tournament, and his self-confidence has grown. Having watched him progress, my passion for the martial arts has been rekindled, and I’ve recently begun training again after a 40 year layoff. My instructors have been helpful and encouraging as I work towards my goals, pushing me to get better but never demanding that I do something I’m not (yet) capable of. “We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!”

“My Great Plains move was smooth from start to finish. The estimate from Jared was accurate and the coordinators could not have been more friendly. The packers itemized everything and were very careful with my furniture and items, including an antique and one large painting. The guys on the moving crew were great -- on-time, polite, and super hardworking. Marty and Monday were the absolute best and I knew my stuff was in good hands! Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I've moved a lot and know moving can be stressful for some families, but I had a great experience and would absolutely use Great Plains again!”

“Upstate- I still love this stuff and while I don't use it nearly as much on my kids (they're growing), we still use it in plenty of other places! I'm hoping to get the lip balm fairly soon and just got a mini pack with all the scents and they're all awesome! You can't go wrong no matter what you get! I've been buying CJ's butter for a few years now (since the birth of my first child! I absolutely love this stuff! I use it for much more than diaper ointment, but that's what started it all. This stuff is great for not only moisturizing skin but also healing skin of many different irritants. Totally highly recommend!!!”
