Collin was very helpful. I had no idea what I was looking for I just showed him the part and he helped me find everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this Ace Hardware Store!!!

Went in for a faucet adapter and something to help fix my trampoline. Kathryn was walking by and asked if I needed help with anything. I asked about the adapter for the faucet she was so kind and helpful taking her time with me. I really appreciated her helpfulness, best customer service I have had in a long while.

I never had such outstanding customer service as I did today at Ace Hardware on South Academy with Ivey and Kimberly.
They went above and beyond to get me what I needed and plus more. Very friendly, compassionate and helpful staff. I will definitely shop only here and tell my friends to do also. Thank you! :)

On June 5th I went to South Academy Ace & was greeted with a " Hello Sweetie, if you need to find something please let me know!" (KIMBERLY) I haven't had a greeting like that from ANY BUSINESS I've ever patronized! I was some what shocked. That's how she greeted everyone who walked in the store when I was up at the register.
I did require assistance finding what type of Surge protector I needed and KIMBERLY came to assist me. She was VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL & HAD A SENSE OF HUMOR. KIMBERLY helped me find exactly what I needed. She did give me her personal advice on one item I picked, "Sweetie, that's not going to work for you here's the one you need" & she was RIGHT! It's working perfectly! KIMBERLY is a fabulous asset to South Academy Ace , she's definitely a keeper!! Her personality and willingness to help made me realize that there are still KIND, CARING AND FRIENDLY people left in this world 🙏
