“Stayed here for 5 months about a year ago don't charge her pets and if you're staying long-term you can even put stuff on the walls and porches to make it more homey more like a apartment than a motel the only downside is they're very strict on the parking and and outside guests at night, but they don't let the homeless setup shop and they keep it clean and you get to know the manager Ron who's a decent guy so I guess that is the trade off for not allowing guests late at night is you do get a safe place to stay so I guess it's not really a complaint more like just a FYI if I you have people coming at night I would recommend just letting management know. So overall I would recommend!”

“This little oasis is such a find! Reasonably priced, ideal location right between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, and I can't say enough good about the staff!!! They were warm and inviting, genuinely cared about us having a good stay and took pride in their service and establishment! Immaculately clean, comfy furniture, overall great place to stay!!!”
