Very inviting and comfortable for us and our family. Plus we got in late and there was a simple spaghetti dinner waiting for us....even danish and coffee for the morning. “I stayed here for two weeks, had no problems or issues at all. Neighbors all seemed friendly yet stayed to themselves. I came w kiddos and dogs, and everyone enjoyed their time here. Work staff was extremely kind and attentive. Very clean bathrooms, showers, and well kept lots. Gate access to parks, basketball court, and trails. As well as a gated dog run within the park. Conveniently located in the heart of Manitou Springs, this is a perfect location. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the incline, as well as daily visits from the local deer. Will definitely be back for my stays next time I'm in town! Laundry open 24/7 and reasonably priced!!”

“PERMANENTLY CLOSED! These are the cutest, coziest Cottages in Manitou Springs. You'll have a little living room with Dish Network. In the Next Room is a cozy bed with crisp linens and puffy pillows. You also get a little area with a fridge, microwave and sink!!! And of course a bathroom. But the best part about my stay was being able to have my dogs with me and there's a wonderful forest that leads to Fountain Creek behind this Motel. I'll definitely stay there again, when I return home to visit! Thanks Guys!!”

It was very well taken care of, the owner greeted us and showed us our rooms before we even made it to the lobby, making the check-in process a breeze! “Very enjoyable stay at a fair price. Super friendly staff (Emily was Great) and very clean rooms. Basic Breakfast but hey it's included. English Muffins, Bagels, Cereal, Oat Meal, Fruit, Yogurt, and Waffels....so it's a great variety. Indoor pool and hot tub (100° or so) was an added bonus. We stayed on the pool entrance side but room 201 gives a nice view if Pikes Peak.”

“This campground is far enough off the popular path and has amazing views of the rocks from Garden of the God's park. It is well maintained and managed. Depending on the time of day, deer walk through and bears come for stroll. It is nestled into the mountains west of Manitou and is always a beautiful place to stay a while.”

“Such a sweet motel with so much character. Very clean, very nice grounds and friendly people. The floors are a little wonky, but charming and be patient with the hot water, it will come! The location couldn't be better for accessing downtown Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful dormatory/apartment-style quarters. Had a higher bathroom with full sized tub and separate shower. They leave a basket of goodies for you in the morning, fresh muffins, fruit, this amazing egg dish, just wonderful! Very comfortable like a home but roomy and posh! The service here is friendly and attentive. There's not your typical turn-down service, so no intrusive interruptions on your getaway. The only mark that was missed for me was the lack of a kitchen. Instead there is a shared refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the hallway between duplex-like entryway. The courtyard is plush, green and well-kept. Just an overall gorgeous place with an earthy, warm, welcoming atmosphere.”

“We stayed here twice. Both times we were upstairs on the deck floor. The rooms were small but adequate. Parking is tight. We spent our evenings on the deck eating at the picnic table or sitting in the swing and listening to the creek below. I would stay again. Friendly staff.”

“Beautiful yoga retreat center. Super clean. Interesting books. Love that pig! We pet the animals in the morning and enjoyed our continental breakfast. Your basically in garden of the gods in a beautiful home. The bed was so comfortable, but a motor was going off in the middle of the night. Not sure what it was, I'm a good sleeper but my partner is not, maybe it was a motor for the jacuzzi? Regardless, I would stay again and look forward to it!”

“My wife and I and two daughters stayed in the Garden Cottage for several nights in September, 2016. We are semi-retired and our daughters are in their 50's. We found the cottage to be cozy with comfortable beds and a pleasant fully functional kitchen. Everything worked well, especially the auto control on the little heating unit in the living room. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and even found a couple of books to partially read together and sat on the porch looking at the mountains in the morning and evening. The proprietor was easy going, thoughtful and made a very tasty breakfast one morning. We highly recommend this B&B.”
