“I stayed here for two weeks, had no problems or issues at all. Neighbors all seemed friendly yet stayed to themselves. I came w kiddos and dogs, and everyone enjoyed their time here. Work staff was extremely kind and attentive. Very clean bathrooms, showers, and well kept lots. Gate access to parks, basketball court, and trails. As well as a gated dog run within the park. Conveniently located in the heart of Manitou Springs, this is a perfect location. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the incline, as well as daily visits from the local deer. Will definitely be back for my stays next time I'm in town! Laundry open 24/7 and reasonably priced!!”

“A great place for the family, couple's and singles. Hosting art, A Dough Boy memorial, Canon, Picnicking Tables and space. Also, an extensive play area for the younger crowd, and a Laid Back Atmospher ('es'); including a "Drum Circle" of fun loving people's hula hooping, dancing & drumming in riddim on Thursday evening. “We did the 6 mile loop counter-clockwise. (most people go clockwise). Going that way, the first 2 miles of the hike gets quite steep and goes straight up, without many switchbacks. But when you get to the top of the ridge it is all worth it. There are great views up there. The last 4 miles are mostly downhill with lots of shade and babbling streams on the way back to the parking area. My wife and I loved this hike!”
