“It's not easy to find a home studio you like and my search brought me to Damselfly YogaSpa where I'm happy to say I'm home. The classes are intimate and enriching. The studio is clean and very appealing inside. The teachers are diverse in their class offerings and deliver a wonderful and refreshing experience. I'm proud to support this local resource and business.”

“I'd say it's a fantastic hidden gem, but it seems the secret is out. If you have the clearance to get there, this whole area is beautiful. Dont even try in a sedan, even in the summer. It's just too rocky. I got there in a 2012 Outback. Well worth the 1.5 hours of rocky road driving to get there.”

“This place is connected to Crater Lakes so over all love this place. Ajd even though the drive is kinda far from where I am, its very peaceful and scenic route. Definitely worth it!”

“Beware of road! I didn’t get photos of the bad areas, but theres a chance of bottoming out in some spots. Not suggested for 2wheel drive or low sedans. Definitely wasn’t sure if I was going to get back down on account of clutch and scraping underneath. You can see that I have a 2002 outback Impreza and I made it by the grace if god ???? BUT it was so worth it!! Nobody was around, and there were plenty of options available. I didn’t drive up further but I know there were more camping spots down the road. It was all free. There were about three other fire areas just within the backgrounds of this site we were at. Lots of beautiful lush forest everywhere for strolling around. No problems with animals. Definitely a favorite!”

“I've gone up to Columbine so many times and I always love it. Central City is so close if you want to go to town and there are lots of atv, biking, and hiking trails. It's always such a fun trip!”

“Fun and worth a visit. It's a long drive up a bumpy and washboard road, but no big deal if you have the right vehicle. The road is even passable by car if you take it slow, but I'd recommend turning back at the ghost town since the road gets pretty rough soon after.”

“Plenty of room in the parking lot and the trail is a lot of fun. Be prepared for very deep snow during the winter and spring.”

“Very quiet and has a great Cemetery by it to. just say goodbye when your done.”

“Ghosts town type cemetery. Peaceful. Overgrown. Every tombstone could tell a story.”
Address: Black Hawk, CO 80422, USA
“This is the largest of the cemeteries near Central City, and possibly the most interesting. There is a brick beehive structure here that no one knows for certain why it exists. Some people think it was a temporary mausoleum to hold bodies until the spring thaw, others think it was a kiln that predates the cemetery. Regardless, it is an interesting structure. The rest of the cemetery is filled with really nice headstones, perfect for a history buff to explore.”
Address: Black Hawk, CO 80422, USA
“So sad that many of the headstones have been removed from their proper place or taken. Still one of my favorite places to go since you can right there go to the odd fellows, catholic, and city cemetery. Lots of history there. Be sure to stop by the info center in Central City!”
