“Sasa Teodosijev has literally saved my life. Coming from an eating disorder recovery background, Sasa was SUPER open to understanding my pain points: mentally, physically and emotionally. Even though he’s not my/a therapist, lol which would not be fair to him, he helped me a lot with correcting the injuries I acquired from my time over-exercising. :/ He’s single-handedly helped me develop a better relationship to my body, helped me understand the functionality of movement, and overall I just feel so much stronger since working with him. He’s given me the mental strength, fortitude and competency to workout on my own in between our sessions. There is something to be said about the fact that many of his clients have been loyal to him for over 5+ years! And I’ll continue to stay!
