“Nice lake to fish, some camping sites are NOT for RVers, there are some on the back site, I wouldn't stay in a tent for, I think you need to be brave or stupid. I'm sure the view is spectacular, not worth it to me. I think it's a non-motorized lake, canoes, paddle boards, etc.”

“Perfect beauty!!! There was an issue when we went that cause a traffic backup for hours.. If the park is doing road work, it should not be done on a SUNDAY when the park is so busy”

“Awesome location. Gorgeous scenery. Extremely secluded, mainly because you must bushwhack to get there. It is about 7-8 miles one way and a grueling journey, especially if you don't know a good route. Contact me if you are thinking of going on this hike and I can give you some potential routes. This hike is NOT for beginners. You will need navigation equipment and must be in-shape. If you are good hiking 14ers you will probably be OK hiking this so long as you don't mind hiking 1500 ft elevation through steep forest while hopping 40% downed trees on the forest floor. There is a trail to Mt Ida following the continental divide but no trail to the north of the ridge.”

“Trail winds though the forest above the CSU Mountain Campus eventually leading to the north border of Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful views of Pingree Park and the Mummy Range. Great any time of year but I personally enjoy snowshoeing this trail the most.”

“This is a really nice prairie area. Not as enclosed as some natural areas in Fort Collins but the wide open views are beautiful. The paths are nicely paved and wide enough for two lanes of strollers or wheelchairs. There are occasional signs with facts about the area and the wildlife found there. You can see houses or roads from the entire area but the rolling hills and sprawling prairie is beautiful and worth seeing. I really enjoyed the walk.”

“Our child loved this park so much. There is a lot to do here. The only downside is that there isn’t much shade. On sunny days it can become overwhelming. This is a fantastic park for the kids though. Lots of fun and lots of unique play items.”

“Great neighborhood in SE Fort Collins. Well cared for and friendly. Close to shopping, restaurants, public library, churches, I-25 and activities. Well established with mature landscapes and trees. Small kid's playground, a central pond in a park with walking paths throughout. Also has a private community swimming pool.”

“Beautiful, well maintained city park. Lots of things to do. The large dog park is very popular. There is also a skateboard park, a Large playground for children, a baseball field, tennis courts , and a walking path around a large Pond. During the summer months, the food trucks all gather on Thursdays. Lots of people come to to enjoy this. They bring their kids dogs and lawn chairs.”

“A very unique play and exploration experience! Safe but feels adventurous with just a hint of technology! Do you dare go to the top? My kids didn't! Plenty of parking, close to a community garden and access to modern restrooms. Go during the week because this popular spot is quickly becoming a go-to on the weekends!”

“I love when I am passing through an area and there is a dog park! I always bring my dog to travel with me, and he likes to be with me but gets a little depressed on long car rides. It's nice to get out so that he can wander around in nature. Thus, I typically rate all dog parks with five stars. I am giving this one four stars instead of five, because of the turf. This dog park has gravel instead of grass. I will admit, the park appears cleaner because of this, but, I don't like my dog to run on gravel, because it seems to hurt his feet, and it can get too warm in the summer when the sun is baking the gravel. This park could also use a water feature or a drinking fountain inside the dog park.”

“Cute little park in subdevelopment in Fort Collins. Well there isn't a whole lot of equipment, my son seemed to enjoy every piece. I guess for kids, it doesn't take a whole lot. Just a little bit of imagination and somewhere to run around.”

“Beautiful hike (or run), great views. In the summer, be aware there are frequently rattle snakes along the trails. Keep your dogs on leashes, there is a lot of wildlife in the area, lots of other dogs, and it's the law. Get there early on the weekend ss, the parking lots fill up quickly”

“Such a great short hike, close to town. Just the right amount of elevation gain. Gets very icy at the approach to the rock, so bring traction! It's 9 bucks to park, good for 24 hours.”

“Regarding the store near Telegraph and West in Brownstown. I needed a few specific automotive hose adapters to backflush the heater core in my daughter's 2011 Edge. I was undertaking a real red neck operation, and needed to connect two car hoses to garden hoses. And I found the 3/4 diameter adapters! Very happy! Then I needed radiator fluid and distilled water. They had the radiator but do not carry distilled water. Very sad! Therefore, four stars. Had to go to a grocery store for the water. I gave them 5 stars.”

“Cirque Meadows is one of the most beautiful spots in the northern Colorado Rocky Mountains. It is easily accessible by a 3-1/4 mile hike from the Emmaline Lake Trailhead. There are six excellent campsites with metal fire rings in the area, making it a convenient spot for setting up a base camp for exploring the trail to Emmaline Lake or Mummy Pass.”
