I called Arvada West branch and inquired about notary service and Mark helped by scheduling an appointment for later that day and took care of my documents that I signed there. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to build relationship by getting to know me and asked questions about my family. “Dr. Chung has impressive academic credentials but a down-to-earth demeanor. I've seen him a few times, and he enters the room as if he is genuinely happy to see you. One time I joked that he didn't seem like his usual happy self, so he got up, exited the room, and entered all over again with great gusto and enthusiasm. Fun sense of humor and excellent doctor.”

“I have no complaints. I have always found this bank to be excellent regarding communication via phone and email. A live person answers the phone immediately during business hours, and emails are returned very quickly. I had a money market account there for 9 years, and when their interest rates became too uncompetitive, I finally closed that account. When their CD rates recently became higher than other banks, I was happy to open a new account with them again. To the other reviewer on here - I see no indication that you ever tried to communicate with them regarding your inactivity notices. Colorado law: "presumed abandoned unless the owner, within five years, has: ... (b) Communicated in writing with the banking or financial organization concerning the property". That's all you had to do! Seems like somebody would be more proactive when dealing with their own money and you just shrugged it off, but whatever. Your experience does not warrant a one-star review for this bank. They have to follow the law.”

“The process of working with Home Improvements of Colorado has been great. Lori came out initially to talk about the refacing of the cabinets in my kitchen and three bathrooms. She was very friendly and provided a written estimate via email the next day. The bid was detailed so that I could decide what options I wanted. Lori was very responsive via phone and email to all of my questions. After deciding to move forward Lori and Mark came out to measure and brought the sample colors to match with my counters and tile. The installation process was very smooth. Mark and JD arrived the first day and discussed the project. JD took care of the installation over a four day period and completed the project ahead of schedule. JD did great work, he was careful to protect surfaces like counters and appliances, answered any questions that I had and was very precise and detailed in his work. He did a great job and I think the kitchen and bathrooms look great. JD always arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving each day. After completion of the project Lori and Mark came the next day to confirm the completion and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Home Improvements of Colorado for cabinet refacing.”
