“So delighted that I chose Infocus Eye Care! My office moved to a new location very close to Infocus, so I decided to try them just out of locational convenience. However what I got was modern eye exam technology that was much more pleasant and comfortable than what I’ve received from eye doctors in the past, a very quick and efficient process (even though their tech assistant was out for the day!), and beyond excellent front desk service. The guy at the front (sorry I didn’t catch his name - he’s amazing!) checked my medical insurance just in case I had eye insurance benefits I wasn’t aware of. I was coming in prepared to pay for all services myself and by doing this kind and thoughtful check, found out I did have benefits and discounts that I had no idea about. I’m so grateful that he spent time to check and save me money!! He was also thoughtful and patient enough to give me honest feedback on each of the glasses frames I was trying on and made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.
