“Jack and Jason are extremely knowledgeable in their field and can answer ANY questions anyone have about geckos, snakes, small reptiles and even smaller insects. They are patient, kind, and overall good teachers. Sometimes I come in just to speak with Jack or Jason because I have so many unanswered questions. I come at least once a week for crickets and rats as well. This reptile store has it all; products and knowledge! “The fish keepers are knowledgeable if you are into fish keeping. Great selection of tropical freshwater fish. I am updating this review because this place is getting better. The fish room has grown so much. The fish selection is great for what some would consider a small store. The aquascaping materials have increased as well. So many different kids of rocks and driftwood. I purchased the manzanita wood and dragon stone that I use in my aquariums from here. I purchased the majority of my fish from here as well. I recently bought a nice red male Betta and he is enjoying his new tank. I haven't gotten any aquarium plants here, I'm assuming that I usually visit when stock is low. Not sure if they buy/trade plants from aquarium hobbyist, because i have a small carpet of java moss in a plant overflow tank and my other plants propagate like crazy.”

“Our daughter and son had the sad task of saying goodbye to both Molly and Weezy, who had been in both their families for so many years. The dogs were in so many, many hearts. Their own children had never known a day without the two of them in their lives. So naturally, we returned to Simone for a portrait of these lovely, inseparable mutts. She did two paintings of them together, one for each household, which we gave for Christmas. Simone's paintings are so full of love -- it shows in her every work. Like her painting of Robert Dog who went before, these portraits are hanging in places of honor in our children's homes. Thank you, Simone !!”

“After having a bad experience at an exotic pet store Parker I found this place! I appreciate the bad experience that led me here. As soon as I walked in the door it was an amazing place! So much to look at and such a large variety to choose from! My daughter has been wanting a lizard and when she finally found the one she liked Savannah was incredibly helpful and educated us thoroughly on expectations and care of our new bearded dragon. She even walked us thru the store to help us pick out everything we needed to make this beautiful creature a great home! While getting all we need with Savannah the store manager, Eric(I think that's his name) came to our side and like a professor just loaded us up with even additional knowledge on our new little member of the family! Eric was ridiculously knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell how much he cared about the animals, us as his customers and just an overall love for the business! It was an amazing experience. I look forward to continued business and will definitely refer them whenever possible. And for anyone reading this, you can't go wrong by coming here for your exotic pet needs! “I had a bad experience at the Lakewood Kriser's with a very rude groomer that had me in tears after driving an hour across town to get my dog groomed, and when calling and hearing my situation -Madison didn't even hesitate and took my dog in to be groomed. She absolutely saved my day, and I am so grateful that I had such a nice warm, person take my dog in to be groomed. The quality of her grooming is amazing, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog with her.
