“The entire Drain Terrier crew was great. The office team was very responsive and able to have plumbers come out promptly. The plumbers were on time, driving a company van, wearing company uniforms and were able to identify our issues quickly. I appreciated them talking us through what was happening and what was required to properly fix the problems. They clearly had a mastery over plumbing but were also very knowledgeable about general home construction. After the initial assessment they provided a detailed invoice with costs associated with each item. Their prices came in below other quotes. When they fixed our issues the work was noticeably better than what was in its place before. They left our home cleaner than they found it and even raked the dirt driveway where some equipment had left track marks. Many contractors like to say that they go above and beyond but Drain Terrier actually does.”

Easily the best company I have ever used for my house needs. Very professional, knowledgeable, did an incredible job, and was open honest and fair with pricing and parts. Had them come out to completely replace the manifold and valves for the house's radiant heating. They were the fourth company that I had tried, and all of the others either couldn't handle the job, understand the job, or way over quoted. It seemed liked a nightmare of a job to everyone else, and they made it a walk in the park. My only regret is that I didn't contact them a earlier. Highly recommend.”
