“Colorado Custom is hands down the best meat processor in all of Colorado. I have been to nearly all other meat processing plants in Northern Colorado and none of them can compare to the quality and consistency of Colorado Custom. The management here is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer questions for me. The quality of my cuts and the consistency were very good and even better than I expected. The plant was very clean unlike most other processing plants and I felt very confident leaving my animals to get processed there. I also recommend going there even if you are not bringing in an animal to process because they have a freezer full of meat where you can choose individual cuts of meat like steaks or bacon or ox tail and the prices are literally 2 times cheaper than a supermarket with true quality. If you get a chance I would highly recommend stopping by.”

Turns out the cooler had a dent and Kagen immediately let me know. He was willing to return it for us. The replacement also had a dent, and he let us know right away. We moved forward with the second one and we were able to pick it up. All of this was within a week. The response time was phenomenal and the customer service was AMAZING!!!
