“J Pocker has always been my "go to" framing place for superior quality and great service. Most of my art collection has been framed by them. I was therefore truly shocked to see the recently posted negative review, which from my own 20+ years of experience bringing things to Rich at the Greenwich location could not possibly be credible. Rich always welcomes customers with a genuine smile, remembers them by name and takes time to ask about their kids, their pets and even important events in their lives. He gives great framing advice, regardless of the price range of the frame you're looking for, and never tries to "up-sell" to a more expensive alternative. He also looks after orders while they're in process to make sure they come back on time and has even gone out of his way to drive down to their factory to pick things up when I really needed them in a rush. He'll even drive over after work to drop something off and help with hanging larger works. On the rare occasion that something has not come out exactly as I had hoped, he has quickly and happily corrected it, even if it was my fault for choosing a matte color unwisely. As for quality of work, Pocker's longstanding stellar reputation (and I go back to when Marvin Pocker was still running the multi-location business) is well-deserved. Finally, Rich has always unwrapped my framing to look at with me before turning it over to me and processing the final payment. You can see why I give no credulity the prior negative review. Unfortunately for a lot of business owners in Greenwich there are some very "entitled" customers here who expect to be accommodated no matter how outrageous their demands and who take great pleasure in writing negative reviews for imagined slights. Pocker and Rich get an A+ from me.”

“What a feast! We were immediately greeted by the co-owners upon entry. The co-owners make all dishes themselves; this is not your typical chain pizza takeout. We started with caprese salad with balsamic glaze. The salad was fresh, refreshing, and the sweet and tangy zing from the glaze left us salivating for more! And boy did they deliver. Next came twenty buffalo wings, perfectly crisp yet saucy and piping hot! You know the wings are of high quality as they are the right size without too much fat. Then came the Grandma. This will change your skepticism towards a Sicilian slice! This reminds me of Detroit style pizza - the dough is well risen and it's like you're biting clouds slathered with delicious tomato sauce and fresh basil! You can customize the toppings as much as you want, we stuck with pepperoni and mushroom. The pie could easily feed four people for lunch... And dinner! This was a great experience - will definitely drive here again for our next game day!”

“Found this place across from my hotel. What an amazing place. I ordered their special of the day, blackened chicken and was amazed that it was cooked the way it should be. Flavor was amazing. No reason not to try it again, so I came back for steak and calamari. Everything is amazing food wise. Very reasonably priced as well. Drinks are plenty. It is a bar atmosphere with amazing food. I have no idea why this place isn't busier. The staff is fun and friendly as well. Cooks bring their food out to you, met the owner, bartenders were great as well. If you are in the area you must try Tavern On 7.”

And we had canceled and they made a mistake by not canceling it on their end, so I called the owner and he is going to refund us all of the months they charged us. I've watched my son grow hugely in confidence because of School of Rock. Big shout out to Tyler who was there from the start and showed encouragement and support every step of the way.
