“I can't say enough good things about Russell's Carpet, along with the quality of work, quality of carpet, and the customer service we received from Herb! Our family was on a tight deadline with a carpet replacement for converting an office to a bedroom. The matter was further complicated by us needing to treat the wood floor under the original carpet due to some foster kitty "accidents" in that room. Herb gave us a very reasonable quote, which included a nice, high-quality remnant; moving several pieces of furniture around; and keeping the carpet removal separate from the carpet install process due to the floor treatment that we needed to handle. He and his team did an amazing job with our tight turnaround time and a high-quality install job of high-quality carpet that came out really nicely!!!”

“Just had a partial right knee replacement done by Dr. Plancher on February 14, 2023 ( a one day surgery: in by 8:30 AM out by 5 PM) and all I have to say is: WOW!!! From my first visit to the after care, Dr. Plancher and his team have just be amazing. Some history: I was a patient at another Greenwich CT Orthopaedics company. After several years under the same worker's comp issue, I was told a full knee replacement was necessary...but unfortunately they were not doing worker's comp cases anymore. I had to look for someone else and I could not be happier to have found Dr. Plancher. He saved half of my knee. It has been a day short of 4 weeks since the surgery and I truly have never been in pain. Tomorrow is my third after surgery visit with him. Sure, there is no magic tricks but follow carefully what Dr. Plancher will tell you and you will have a great experience: He anticipates every needs , every pain that could come with such surgery and he has a solution for everything! Five stars is what Dr. Plancher and his entire team is getting but they really deserve 10 of them!!!”

“Sanda is my clothes hero!! Sanda and her team are my go-to source for alterations. Sanda has made my clothing dreams come true several times now. Have you ever picked up an article of clothing in a store and thought, "I like it... but if I could just change THIS about it, I would love it." That's when you need Sanda! I've brought her dresses with pleats and had her take out the pleats, she turned a full length flowing dress into a knee-length sheath, she took an A-line dress and made it a sheath with ruching on the side. You name it, she can do it. And her team has helped me out in a jam when I needed alterations done same-day for my son's school uniform. I don't live anywhere near her locations, but go out of my way to go to Sanda's. Won't go anywhere else!”
