“Thank you for coming out and converting my dryer to lp, connecting my gas line. I had a miserable experience trying to find someone to make the conversion from natural gas to lp, and connect it to the gas line. No one else wanted to do it. Paradee, the gas supplier, wanted nothing to do with the problem. All of the other appliance dealers and gas fiiter/plumbers thought paradee should have done it. Home Depot tried hard to resolve the issue and was willing to pick up the dryer. Indo the sale. KB came out and did it all in an hour! Thank You so much!”
