Renee returned a list of 12+ homes, all in my price range. I contacted the office, and spoke to Cathy, who explained she didn't deal directly in rentals, but would be more than happy to assist. She met me AFTER HOURS to show me the home, and then contacted the rental office on my behalf to get the ball rolling. She even called two days later to make sure everything had gone smoothly and to see if I needed any further assistance! So often I've encountered Realtors who won't give you the time of day if you're "just a renter," but obviously Cathy knows as some point most renters aspire to be homeowners, and treats all with kindness and respect.
