“I moved here about 5 months ago and I like it so far. Yes my car did get broken into once, but i left it unlocked and it seems to be a thing happening all around Bear area, not just this park. I find it quiet and most of the people friendly and no issues at all with management ( but not sure if newer then previous reviews) Another review also claims there are no rules, but when I applied to live here there were several that were made clear and I understood, and I was told about the previous state of the people living here and now vacated. The only issue I have is with SOME of the kids, they do not seem very friendly and seem to have a click happening which makes it tough for mine to make new friends. There are parts of the park that could use some work, you can tell who has owner pride and who doesn't easily, Maybe a park cooperative would be a good idea, but I'm new and I can't possibly be the only one to think of this.”

“This is a very attractive hotel near the major highways. The lobby is very attractive and appealing. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. We booked this room that morning and got a great rate. I would definitely stay here again.”
