I called a major service provider in my area who said they "might" be able to come by for an estimate, but could not complete the work that day. I called Done Right Today at 9am and had a new unit, expertly installed and properly functioning by 12 noon. The technician Colin called when he was on his way and was easy-going, yet very professional throughout. He provided a really clean installation and left the area in better shape than he found it.
