Be Fit Boxing incorporates the LA Boxing intensity (so similar calorie burn) but is much better because @ Be Fit you get a personalized workout with individual contact partners- so that you can hit on focus mits and hand held kicking pads opposed to always hitting a hanging heavy bag. The drills are fast paced and difficult. These classes can be adjusted for people who would consider themselves to be "out of shape" but I highly recommend for anyone who considers themselves to be an active person to learn the skill of boxing workouts here, or come and show off what you already know. I am in DC/VA area now and ALWAYS make it to Be Fit Boxing when I am in town. ”
