At first I was extremely upset but India popped into action and worked very hard with the help of her District Manager, Ms. Fatina, to resolve to issue. It took a couple days but during that time when I checked, Tiara reassured me that, the issue was definitely being looked into by the district manager and that everything should be okay. The issue was resolved quickly and I’m extremely happy with the service and staff their! You Go Girls!!!”

“From pickup to drop off the experience with the staff was awesome. However their fleet of box trucks definitely needs an update. I've had issues with the last two trucks I've rented. The last being the emergency brake being stuck and taking almost an hour to dislodge. I will say that the roadside assistance rep was very helpful though.”

“Just moved in this storage recently due to my previous storage went up in price. So far I am liking it. When I first went in, had an issue with my unit but was able to exchange it with no problem. Was able to interact a bit with the staff and seemed very pleasant. The storage itself is very clean and the area is pretty spacious. The only thing is the elevator by our unit has no light in it which makes it a bit creepy. Won’t be using it at night. Other than that would def recommend:)”
