I guess the first time I came there they thought I was just some broke bum treating me like so. The guy in the golf cart is who I'm talking about. “This is a Wonderful 55+ Golf and RV community. The grounds are beautifully surrounded by a small golf course. About 300 RV lots are located here, many with small homes built on the sites as well. The folks here are friendly and it is very nice community.”

“My name is Steve Lawson. My wife & I have lived here in West Wood Mobile Park for approx.7 years now..Before speaking to the Land Lord about renting here Our Pastor Gina, my wife & I prayed in front of the office & asked God to give us favor. Then we met the Land Lord Gene & Sandy Bowman. They were very nice to us & walked us to a few different mobile homes to give us our choice. Each mobile home was very clean & attractive. The monthly rent here was way more reasonable than any other place we considered renting. Plus free city water, free WiFi. I have never seen a more experienced maintenance man as well as harder worker as our Land Lord Gene Bowman who works everyday keeping this park 100% clean, safe, & maintained. We have fortunately made really good friends with many of our neighbors here, & everyone here is nice & friendly. The owner Bill loves animals & takes much concern in giving us a very nice clean friendly park here. It is drug free here. There is also a very low crime rate percentage here, with a very good monitoring system to keep out illegal activity, which keeps us feeling safe here. We are very blessed that the Lord gave us favor 7 years ago & allowed us to live here. Sincerely Steve Lawson”

“We love that. My family and I had a very good time there. We rented the spot 21 sunset by the owner , and we had a incredible Christmas. The area is really organized, the bathrooms were clean, with a double room to have a shower. The people there are friendly, the security efficient. We went with our 10 months baby that slept all nights because of the silence. Thank you Great Outdoors Campground for our excellent time there.”

“Not a bad place at all... it's a pretty cool little trailer park. Rents not bad, water is included, nobody bothers you, not a bad place at all. It's a good place for snowbirds, for people that want to live inexpensively close to All That Central Florida has to offer. It's centrally located to the beaches, the theme parks, the national and state parks... the location is absolutely stellar. If you purchase a place in here you simply have to pay lot rent which is much less than paying for a timeshare, so anyway you go it's not a bad deal.”

A great place to come stay and rest. Rent is great not expensive compared to other parks. Please come and see for yourself you won't regret it or might not even want to leave.
