“I NEVER write reviews but the staff here is absolutely amazing. The two people that have attended me and my now wife are Arlene and Alexandra. We can’t say enough good things about them. We were on a journey for nearly a year finding the perfect diamond and not once did they get annoyed with us. At once point we were going to the store 3-4 times a week. I didn’t expect this level of service from a big box store. We went to the Pembroke Pines store since that was our local store and got treated horribly. Through recommendation we went to the Plantation location. Whatever negative review you read don’t believe it because they really go above and beyond to make you happy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I hope corporate reads these so they understand how good of a staff they have at this location.”
