“This place is a hidden GEM! Words can not express how grateful I am to have found this automotive shop. Not to long ago I purchase a vehicle and unfortunately, 5 months down the line I started to experience issues with my car that seem to just get worst and worst as time went on. It became one thing after another. So I had the vehicle towed in to where I originally purchased it. After countless hours (days) of going back and forth, I was left with a headache, 34k loan and a car that I was unable to drive. I was devastated. “USP is the place to go if you have a German car! I drive a 2013 VW GTI which needed a new intake manifold (P2015 Error Code) and a carbon cleaning after 60k+ miles without one being done. I rolled up and they immediately went to work. The shop is very clean and professional looking. Tyler went over the inspection with me and confirmed I definitely needed a new manifold, cleaning, and surprisingly found an oil leak coming from my transmission oil pan. He showed me in detail with pictures the tech had taken where it was leaking from and the carbon build up in the intake manifold. I had also mentioned I was losing a lot of oil and they even ran a smoke test on the engine to help me diagnose the problem. They lent me a loaner car (free of charge) while they performed the service which only took a few days. Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable, and would keep me updated on the status of the car. The shop even found a piece missing from the previous cleaning done by the dealership and threw it in for free. I've put 3k+ miles since then and the cars been running flawlessly with an increase in WHP! I will definitely be coming back with this car and any others I buy in the future.”

“Mike and the German Auto Masters shop is everything you hope for in a mechanic. Honest, straightforward, clear communication, fair pricing and quality work. I had brought my Sprinter into a Mercedes dealership and was told all the wrong information, given quotes for thousands of dollars (for work that wouldnt have fixed the problem) and only after days of chasing them did I ever get it (and had to pay $600 for just the diagnostics). Mike was better across the board, and had me out and back on the road within two days and he spent the time to really find the true issue and diagnose and fix it. The cost was much lower because he took the time to do it right, and that's what makes Mike and his team so trusted. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for additional regular maintenance services. The guy just knows his stuff for Sprinters, and that makes a huge difference.”
