“This is the best place to practice in the area. Period. Coach Carl is an amazing person with lots of skills, he knows how to encourage people, knows how to get people to work and do their best. I lost more than 30 lbs, got rid of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cut my life insurance rate in half! Not to mention I just got into a great shape and don't shy to take off the shirt anymore, Join the morning class, you won't regret it! Kids after school program is also great, I got 2 kids training and they love it. And the summer camp was a blast! Field trips every day, and lots of happiness. From volleyball academy to yoga classes to working out with dad, our girls have a wide range of activities to choose from to stay active and in shape. The staff and coaches are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the gym equipment are modern and the facility is spacious and clean. There is also this huge pool for all types great swimming activities and exercise. The YMCA facilities is right next to a park which is VERY convenient if you want to do some outside exercise or just want to walk around to get fresh air. We have made it our ritual to go to the YMAC several times a week which has made a big difference in our health and general attitude.”
