When the car got flooded during the last hurricane and the volume control stopped working, we brought back in for repair. We once again had Joe, who was once again amazing. But let's talk about follow up customer care.... there was NO charge for parts or services. I'm still in shock about that. Would not consider going anywhere else.”

“Life Changing! It took me almost a year to finally pull the trigger on getting my custom closet done and I was a fool to wait so long. The design is spectacular and the customer service is superb. The amount of hanging space, shoe racks, shelving, hampers, deep drawers mixed with standard drawers I could go on and on but bottom line. I have been able to open up so much space in my bedroom now that I no longer need it cluttered with 3 dressers.. it has been seriously a life changer. “Today was the first time that I went to Alex Gray Studios and I was sure to schedule my next appointment before leaving. I have naturally curly, dirty blonde hair that Sarah B cut and highlighted for me and I love how my hair turned out. It has been difficult for me to find someone here in Springhill that can do such a good job. My mom has gone to see Alex twice and she was the one that recommended trying it out. The salon is clean and freshly decorated along with beautiful plants arranged throughout. Thank you Sarah for the fresh look!!”

“We had a great experience with Anthony and his team! They assisted us with an emergency repair to get our slideout in on a weekend afternoon when packing up from our camping trip. They then replaced our slideout motor and fixed our refrigerator to be able to work on propane again. Pricing seemed fair and the repairs were timely. We will certainly use them again if needed in the future.”

The food and drinks are awesome but when you see the staff working together like a team (or family like; you know the good kind) you automatically respect them and just have a better time. The first visit on this trip (as we ate here each day) we had Chris for our bartender and he did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted and made it perfectly. His personality was friendly and helpful. We also had the girls make drinks and bring us food, making suggestions, etc. Kelsey was awesome. Just loved her energy. We didn't get any other names but there were several staff working on Saturday, Nov 12, 2022. Everyone was smiling and doing a great job. We loved the Wings, Stuffed Mushroom Caps, and Baked Shrimp and Lobster Dip. All were delicious. I ordered the Gator Tail but wasn't a fan of the blackened version. Should have gotten fried. Isn't everything better fried? Let me tell you, the sunset view from this place was breathtaking. Definitely will be back every single time we visit the area.”

“After moving my mother to two other Assisted Living Facilities (ALF’s) I was so fortunate to find Rainbows Gardens. My only regret is that I didn’t find it before. Ms. Moore and EVERY single staff member give so much attention to the residents and any concern presented to them. They made sure they assisted my mother to get out of bed and into her wheelchair every day. This was not done at the other facilities. Lunch and dinner was fresh every day and looked so good I honestly wanted to eat there. My wife and I are retired hospital employees so we know where to look around for cleanliness. Seemed like the floors are cleaned ever day. Unfortunately for us my mom passed away last Thursday but I can say that the care provided by the folks at Rainbow Gardens was the best. There is a big pot of love at the end of that Rainbow 🌈.”
