“My four children all went to preschool here and had an amazing experience. The teachers are so loving and caring. I love that social skills are emphasized, such as kindness and being inclusive of all friends in the class, along with school-ready skills, such walking in line, sitting in a circle, learning to eat lunch on their own, etc. They also learn all the necessary academic skills for kindergarten readiness. “I HIGHLY recommend Ms.Emma's Swim and Survival Academy! Both my 3.5 year old and 15 month old started with Ms. Emma in late April 2021 without any swim experience. It is now May 20, a mere 4 weeks later and my oldest is swimming with confidence and my 15 month old knows how to float and save himself! I can't wait to bring them back next year for my oldest to start stroke lessons & my baby to learn to swim! Ms. Emma is patient and incredibly knowledgeable! “I had to move my step mother in here a little over a year ago because at her age and with her memory loss it was dangerous for her to keep living alone and we just weren't in a position to have her live with us for an extended period. After checking out many options, we decided on Memory Lane Cottage and I'm glad that we did. She's getting excellent care from an attentive staff. We didn't have a problem with the former management at all but I've noticed some negative comments below about them. I will say however that they have a new director named Kelly and several new heads of the departments all of which seem to be excellent at their jobs. I've seen them go above and beyond expectations many times.”

“We had not been to Red Lobster for a while and decided to go there for some sea food. When we arrived we were seated right away by the hostess. We waited for more than 5 minutes before any service. I sat wondering why no one had come to serve us being they were not busy. Eventually the hostess came back to ask us what we wanted to drink. I asked her if they still had happy hour and she didn’t seem to know. A minute later a waitress came to to take our order for drinks and Appetizers. We were then greeted by the manager who introduced himself as Daniel. He was very polite and apologetic for the delay of service. I was very suprised to hear that he had noticed that we had sat there for a while with no service. We never complained about the lack of service but I was very pleased to hear from him that he was attentive to his customers and reached out immediately to correct the issue. He then offered to compliment our Appetizers. I thought that was very kind and generous. The Appetizers and food was delicious!. The lobster Pizza is a must try! I tried a new item on the Menu. The New Orleans Salmon with shrimp toppings and it was absolutely delicious! The meals were very well prepared, tasty and served hot. Overall, the Ambiance was good. We enjoyed our dinner and ended up having a good experience because the manager was on top of his restaurant. He was very Professional and took the time to acknowledge the problem and corrected the problem with ease. Our waitress was also very attentive. We will definitely be back for another delicious meal.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Ford. I went to her for a few years and was completely surprised by her bedside manner in a good way. From the very first visit she was kind, calming, and appeared interested in my health hx/concerns. Granted I'm in relatively good shape but Dr. Ford was always willing to provide referrals to any outside specialists or even make recommendations for improved quality of care choices such as dietitians or herbal supplements. I can see how other reviewers may have had a problem with the front office staff but I did not have any major issues. I was incorrectly charged for an appt one time however received a refund a few months later for the incorrect billing. I will also say that because I only wanted to see Dr. Ford I could not get in right way. My appts had to scheduled a few weeks to a month in advance. I would have stayed at this practice but sadly they stopped taking my insurance so I had to move on.”

“Switched to USAA in April, had Progressive for 10 years before that. Progressive had always given me the cheapest rates, then I traded my car in and was moving states so Progressive told me they couldn’t insure my vehicle since I was in transit to my new state. So I called USAA, granted was on the phone for 2hrs with them, due to technical difficulties with their website at the time but customer service was great the entire time on the phone, their IT lady even stayed on the line while I was talking with their insurance lady, incase any more issues would arise she’d handle it on the spot. In the end they gave me a great rate for full coverage with roadside assistance and all that. Never had to use roadside assistance until the other day when my trucks battery died. Requesting roadside thru USAA was a breeze, the tow truck was at my location within 75 mins and everything went as smooth as butter. I don’t use USAA for banking but I’m beyond pleased with their Auto Insurance department so far.”
