“I can honestly say I have stayed in all the hotels in the area and this is by far my favorite. The management and the young lady at the front desk, Jessica, have made me feel so welcomed. They have been so kind and caring, the cleaning staff is excellent. I have been here for a few weeks now and I have had no issues with anything. Everything works great, the space is huge and I've never seen any bugs inside the room despite some of the reviews on here. I'm very grateful to have found this place, they really make you feel "at home."”

“Excellent customer service. Evening front desk receptionist DeeDee was wonderful. Very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable on local establishments still open in the area when we checked in from an evening flight. The room was very clean and up to date furnishings. However, it had a slight musty smell to it. The breakfast was average, we arrived later and there was only one hot food item still available, no juice. Only coffee or tea.”

Teresa was very accommodating with my schedule and found me a beautiful apartment right on the water with plenty of space to roam around on my days off. And-most appreciated was the very comfortable mattress! Angel was also very helpful with my questions and any minor issues were corrected quickly. I am an ER travel nurse arriving in Tampa in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. With all the changes in travel and business at the time I was expecting a difficult time with my lodging arrangements but Teresa, Angel and Nika Corporate Housing made it incredibly easy to move into this great location. “Loved how spacious the 1 king bedroom suite w/fold out sofa was. I run a little function with friends and need a rather large area to work in. It was pretty much two rooms. More than enough room. It even had a sectioned off kitchen area. Their pantry by the main check-in makes it easy to pick up some quick drinks and snacks by just picking what you want and either paying the clerk or telling them to charge it to your room. The grounds, lobby, and room were immaculate and I'm extremely picky. Will stay there again for sure!”
