Not very happy with the lawn service blowing the driveway areas off on Christmas Eve by our patio at mid-day, but other than that, a good place to stay. We will come again.”

“Over the Holiday weekend I struggled finding my handicap elderly mother a place to stay on very short notice. She was unable to climb stairs at my home. This was the closest location available, 15 mins away from where I live. The next morning I was delayed getting back to help her w/ getting breakfast. Karen handling the Food Service assisted my mother. Karen and the GM seeing to it that she safely returned to her room. Another staff member retrieved some ice for her. She was alone in the room, tripped and fell. Fire & Rescue had to be called to assist her up. Again, the Staff was very attentive, making sure Paramedics had instant access to get into her room. I expressed my gratefulness to all! The rooms here appear to be recently updated. New AC Units, nice beds, clean flooring, overall very clean and well maintained. The Pool, Lobby, breakfast service area, and all common areas also well maintained. I personally spoke to the GM before leaving, very kind and sincere. Highly recommended!”

“When I first started staying here I had a bad experience with one of the employees. She gave me a hard time about one of their policies, and I wasn't pleased with how she handled herself. But other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and the manager is a reasonable dude that took the time to explain something to me that I questioned. So instead of one star, I give them four. There is room for improvement, but they don't have far to go to get that fifth star.”

“Came here for a business meeting. Very clean and welcoming upon walking in. Bar on the side, not quite sure if it was an actual restaurant. Pool and fitness center located in the front. The conference room was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Fit about 30 people comfortably and it looked like they had a separator too so if you needed more space, it looked possible. Great location if you're from out of town; located near I-75 and the crosstown and anything you could possible need within 5 minutes.”

“I have mixed thoughts on this place. Room and price was very good. Most of the staff was nice. I can't figure out why they changed $40/day upfront on the bill and then refunded it if there were no extra charges. I've never seen anything like that. How about charge my card on file if I use other amenities or have additional expenses? Isn't that how it usually works? Unfortunately this initial problem when I checked in caused me extra stress and probably clouded my view of everything else from the get go. I was also, under the impression I could fish from the property. That is not permitted.”

Accidentally locked ourselves out of our room while loading car for every early flight and had to use the after hours phone to reach the staff who happily came and opened our room up for us (at 430 am!!) with a smile & no complaints. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend this motel to anyone needing an affordable, clean room and wanting close to the airport.”

“Sally in the office was a pleasure doing business with, when we arrived she had somebody show us to our site which was lot number 28, a pull through site. Had every amenity that we needed and then some, close to Busch gardens. Cable, water, and sewer available at this campground. Had a heated pool and mailboxes for extended stays, also has nightly security guards. Had three areas for laundry and a rec room by the office with pool table and TV, events are held here year-round; also has food trucks on location certain nights. I would definitely recommend this place, our recent stay here was on October 28th through November 1st 2020”

“A wide variety of sites from being next door to a mobile home to a beautiful grass park area with nobody next door. 3 well maintained pools. Clean laundromat. Pretty quiet but it is summer. I reccomend paying a little extra and staying in the Cove area D section park area. Really nice.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was open! The only complaint is that they stop serving breakfast at 9am, which is pretty early, and they don't do in-room dining thereafter. Way better management then before. New management really takes care of the park. Maitence is always on top of their stuff when I needed help when I first moved in. 5 stars all day.”
